Pattern: Complete. Printed. A has 4" tear that has been taped back with old tape. Lots of small tears from multiple use. Comes with paper instructions with 2" tear.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with weak edges, opentears, discoloration, old cloth tape and very fragile overall.
